It's possible to access your own wisdom from tapping into emotions that you might not typically appreciate or express.

How to practice

  1. Think of one emotion you would like to explore and deepen your relationship with. Set a timer for 10 minutes and write a short letter to yourself as that emotion. Begin the letter with:
  2. Dear [your name], I am your [emotion], and this is what I’m here to tell you…
