How to practice

  1. Find a quiet space, set a timer for 3 minutes, and settle into your body.
  2. Bring curious attention to your present experience: - Physical sensations as they are - Emotions, without listening to their "story" - Thoughts without following them
  3. When you notice yourself trying to change anything, silently welcome that, too. Practice genuine appreciation for whatever is present.
