How to practice

  1. Taking turns with your conversation partner, briefly attune to your own current experience and express it in three words.
  2. 1. Begin by briefly scanning your body and emotional state (30 seconds). 2. Choose exactly three words to capture how you feel. 3. Speak or write them down.
